Breathe Concentration Meditation


Wear none restrictive clothing if possible. Sit of lie comfortable. Close your eyes and breathe naturally. Focus your attention on the breath. Notice how your body moves with each inhalation and exhalation: chest, shoulders, rib cage, and belly. Make no effort to control your breathing; simply focus your attention. If your mind wanders, simply return your focus back to your breath. Maintain this meditation practice for 2 minutes to start, and try to increase by one minutes every few days till you reach 5 minutes.
